• "La Femme" women artists exhibition at the Nucleus Gallery, LA

  The LA based Gallery Nucleus invited me to participated to their next show, frenchly called “La Femme”. The show will be dedicated women artists. I’m so happy to be part of it. I’m glad they chose one of my image for the flyer and an advertising on the event in the pretigious Juxtapoz magazine !

  

• May 2008, marguerite in Marie Claire

  Marie Claire chose Marguerite to illustrate by 4 images an article about "Education and men" for may 2008. Thanks to this great title for this nice project !

• Power In Numbers 3 - Nucleus gallery LA

  Power in Numbers features artists creating 5" x 7" postcard-size artwork in any desired medium and themes of their choice.   I'm so happy I'll be featured in one Die Gestalten Verlag book !

• Press: Publication in Fused and the new fashion magazine Blink in UK

  Thanks to David and Kerry who offer me the opportunity to do 2 illustrations, one about the music group The Bravery for Fused and one for the new fashion magazine Blink.

  

• Press: 7 pages in TV Star magazine, France

  "Astro at work" for 2007/2008 in TV Star magazine France, one of the more known Tv mag, is illustrated on 7 pages by Marguerite. Thanks to Florian for this collaboration !

  

• Japan: Marguerite in book "Illustration File 2007 Digital"

  Marguerite get one page in the annual Japanese book of illustration "Illustration File - Digital", published by Illustration Magazine. Thanks to Taiko !

  

• June: Marguerite selected for American Illustration 26

  Marguerite is happy and proud to have her Grafuck book 02 illustration selected by the American Illustration jury to appear on American Illustration 26 web site.

  

• French versions of novels cover from « Notes from the underbelly »

  « Un bébé made in LA » and « Une maman made in LA » are the 2 translated in French versions from the novels and Tv programm from ABC « Notes from the underbelly », covers illustrated by Marguerite for Marabout / Hachette publishing.

  

• Japan: publication in fashion magazine Spurluxe

  The smart and trendy Japanese fashion magazine Spurluxe chose different artists to illutrate their perfumes choice, Marguerite was chosen for Miss Dior Cherie, Robert Piguet and Comme des Garçons.

  

• Exhibition: launching of Sony Playstation 3

  Marguerite participated to an exhibition based in Paris for the French launching event of the Playstation 3.

  

• E-chronique: new books collection of Marabout Publishing

  A new books collection is launched in May by Marabout Publishing. Translated from famous American novels, E chronique is based on e-mails exchanges talking about love, diet, couple... Covers are illustrated by Marguerite.

  

• Marguerite in East Europe

  Brandient called Marguerite for illustrating some products packaging in East Europe. Thanks to Monica.

  

• 4 book covers of "The Princess Diaries" by Meg Cabot

  The re-edition by France Loisir of the 4 first books of "the Princess Diaries" series, famous teenage girls favorite book by Meg cabot, are illustrated by Marguerite.

• Publication of famous Vue sur la Ville 2007 calendar

  Famous Vue sur la Ville calendar with 12 illustrators is published in limited edition with one piece of Marguerite's illustration.

  

• Publication in Journal de la Maison, French magazine about home and decoration

  12 pages of Astro-deco are illustrated by Marguerite in le Journal de la Maison at the beginning of this year.

  

• Launching of the new perfume of Azzaro " Now"

  A sensual and young universe, here is the purpose of the press pack for the launching of new Azzaro perfume " Now".

  

• Publication in magazine "Bien dans ma vie", January

  The psycho-astro 2006 pages of "Bien dans ma vie" magazine is illustrated by Marguerite. Thanks to Isablle for this nice project !

  

• Publication of "Traits Seduisants" by Scala Editions, author Alain lachartre

  A big and so interesting book, "Traits Seduisants", is about the creation process between illustration and big trademarks. Alain Lachartre, author of the book, is also a great artistic director and author of the best seller "Objectif Pub".

  

• US: Society of Illustrators Annual award

  Marguerite get ne award and will participate to the national exhibition of the Society of Illustrators Annual.

  

• Press campaign Orange mobile "Zap foot"

  A press campaign for the new Orange mobile product "Zap" is currently illustrated by Marguerite in some magazines. Thanks to Delphine, Amélie and Manu !

  

• A comics e-learning for a big bank group.

  4 stories, declinated in a 60 page comics, illustrating the crisis protocol, are diffused on the web site of a big bank group . Thanks to Christine, Isabelle, Charles Jonas, Samuel and Mejdhi.

  

• Book: 4 volumes of the "Little sorceress" collection by Magnard publishing.

  You can discover Corentine's adventures in these 4 volumes, illustrated by Marguerite. Launch in October 2006. Many thanks to Guénolé for this great project.

  

• Flyer: special Fashion Week party - Motorola

  Motorola chose Marguerite's work to illustrate the Special Fashion Week party, the 6 of october 2006, with various lives and dj sts.

  

• Athens Voice/Look mag : 1 double page interview

  The free cultural magazines Athens Voice and Look regularly published interview about illustrators, followed by one annual exhibition in Greece. Thanks to Georgia for her kindness on this project.

  The double spread pages about the women horoscope of Frau magazine will be illustrated by Marguerite for the 4 next times. Thanks to Taiko and the Frau magazine staff for this opportunity to work for a great magazine in Japan.

  

• Publication in Elle magazine France, week of the 2 of July

  Spirit of summer is now here, bikini, mosquitos, sand, sun-cream and all the "summer bugs" described in this nice article of Dr Aga illustrated by Marguerite.

  

• Glamour US : each month an illustration in the « List » page

  Each month the « List » page, « 10 Things to Stop Waiting For (A sign to tell you
  what to do with your life) », of the famous Glamour magazine USA is illustrated by a little picture of Marguerite. Some quite funny and fresh idea to improve everyday life. Many thanks to Glamour and Christine for their trust !

  

• Fete de la Musique, Rock at the Bibliotheque Nationale François Mitterand the 21th of June

  Many great free live concerts at the BNF for the music fair of the first day of summer, 21th of June. Lives followed by a big party at the Limelight. Illustration by Marguerite who enjoyed to place great groups names !

  

• La Perla exhibition 7-11 April 2006 in Milano, « Hotel Wonder ».

  Marguerite will participate to the giant illustration exhibition initiated by the fashion brand La Perla on the thema « Hotel Wonder ». Start the 7 of April.

  

• Anniversary of the Bibliothèque Rose/Hachette: NEW « Nancy Drew » by Carolyn Keene

  A all new anniversary publication of the French version of the famous "Nancy Drew" by Carolyn Keene, known in France as "Alice". What a pleasure to give a contribution to the adventures of this figure that marked our childhood !
  

  

• 6 pages Fashion in Max magazine of the 9th of February - France

  Thanks to Daltex and Max's redaction who trusted Marguerite to illustrate the Fashion rubric of the last spécial LA Max magazine. A precious occasion to be published on double pages.

  

• Glamour's Hollywood Hideway - 13&14 January - Illustration for the event

  T-shirt, invitations and posters illustrated by Marguerite for the private meeting organised by Glamour in LA during the Golden Globes week. Thanks to Chrystal and Glamour for the pleasure this work was.

  

• Book covers - 2006 february

  February is rich of publications, from wich Marguerite illustrated the covers, in various thema from women litterature to teenagers novels.

  

• New Year wishes card of the Hotel Crillon

  This year Marguerite illustrate the wishes of the Hotel Crillon for 2006 on a nice wide card concepted by Vue sur la Ville: Paris'monuments offer to the clients of the famous Palace of the Place de la Concorde.

  

• John Lobb’s exposition from the 13 ti the 20 of october 2005

  The luxury men shoes designer John Lobb, from the Hermès group, and Monsieur magazine are organizing an anniversary exposition. 10 illustrators have created one image on one John Lobb’s model. Marguerite illustrated year 2004. Thanks to ThuHuyen for this adventure.

  

• Open-doors exposition Christofle, rue Royale paris, in september 2005

  Marguerite’s images were chosen for the open-doors event of the luxury jeweller Christofle, 9 rue Royale Paris, from the 1st to the 11th of September 2005. A big thank to Delphine who organised this event.

  

• Firegirl will expose Marguerite in Portugal

  The designers collective Firegirl will organize a big exposition of illustrators and graphists from the world in Portugal.

  

• BOOKS : Imagemaker (Mitchell Beazley)+ IllustrationNow! (Tashen)

  Imagemakers, by Martin Dawber, details the work of over 50 of the world's most talented and relevant fashion illustrators as well as providing an insightful narrative of the current climate of the illustration industry.
  Illustration Now ! by Julius Wiedemann exposes the work of 150 worldwide illustrators of various styles and influences.
